Want an electric car? You don't have to compromise when it comes to acceleration:

That would be 103 mph. Check out Oregon Field Guide's rebroadcast on Sunday evening (6:30) if you want to see more.

Of course this isn't about electric cars. But I don't see how to just start my own thread. I guess that is what you get when you blog on someone else's blog, I should start my own.
Anyhow, I am working on my lab report and so consequently reviewing the lab procedure from Williamson. The only trouble that I ran into with last weeks lab was that I was unable to get retrievable crystals from what should have been 4-tert-butylphenol. And the lab instructions say that my unknown might have any one of 5 different unknowns in it. Is it possible that I only had 2 unknowns and so therefore my last tube was just straight ether?
Nope! We were working with a mix of the 3 compounds drawn on the board: benzoic acid, tert-butyl phenol, and 1,4-dimethoxybenzene. You had some of each in your original vial, I promise.
Don't you like the electric car? It's a 1982 Datsun, which is almost as funny as if they'd found an old Chevy Vega to modify.
Love electric cars, I was just on a mission.
